Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is cancelled, any amount paid online is refunded to the original payment method, and wallet/coupon usage is reversed automatically.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
